Premier Foods plc is a British food manufacturer headquartered in St Albans, Hertfordshire.  It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE Small Cap Index.  The group is heavily indebted and is focusing on “power” brands: Mr Kipling, Ambrosia, Sharwood’s, Lloyd Grossman, Oxo, Bisto and Batchelors.
